What is the difference between corporate housing and suite hotel rooms?
Our properties are fully furnished apartments with full sized washers, dryers and refrigerators as opposed to a small hotel room with a kitchenette. Like any other resident of an apartment community, you'll enjoy the property's fitness equipment, pools, tennis courts and other recreation areas. Corporate housing offers individual and corporations a "home away from home" for an interim period of time
The other benefits include, for stays of a month or longer, corporate apartments can offer you as much as 60% savings over hotel costs. Corporate accommodations are generally larger than hotel rooms and can be customized to meet your specific needs

What is the minimum amount of time I can stay in a corporate apartment?

Most of our locations require a minimum stay of thirty days although special arrangements could be possible depending on the location and time of year

What amenities are included in a furnished corporate apartment?
Our corporate apartments are equipped with all the necessities for everyday living.  Stafford includes all utilities, basic cable, local phone service, high speed internet, furnishings, and linens in all of our apartments.  As well, maid service, garage parking (where available) and long distance may be added at an additional cost.

Are pets allowed?

Many of Stafford corporate apartments allow pets with the payment of an additional fee. Please contact one of your Stafford Corporate Housing sales representatives who can provide a list of these properties.

How do I pay for Corporate Housing?
If you are personally responsible for payment of your accommodation, we can offer several different payment alternatives. We accept checks and major credit cards including American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. A corporate apartment that is set up through your company can be corporately billed if the company is responsible for the payment.

What if I need to rent a corporate apartment in a specific location?
No problem. We work with properties all over the greater Houston area allowing us to provide you with accommodations that best suit your needs.

Is there a check in and check out time?
Most of our furnished units are available for check in by 3:00 p.m. Check out is 12:00 noon.
